Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Taliah Aneesah is a product of the Birmingham City Schools System. She later attended Alabama A&M University and Murray State University. She has previously worked in the engineering field and currently works in the finance field with experience working in both the private and government sectors. She is also a millennial author using her own single journey to encourage other single women. She has years of singleness to draw from to help uplift others.

She reflects on her single season to write devotions and speak encouraging words to those who find themselves needing a little more motivation to keep trusting God. Her journey with building a relationship with God has not been the smoothest ride, but the ride has been so very worthwhile. God has blessed her tremendously and she wants to help be a blessing to others. No matter how small, her goal is to help make a positive impact on the world.
